These exercises will make your abs burn. Remember though the exercises aren’t worth doing if you don’t do them properly in correct form and to the best of your ability. Try sucking your belly button to your spine when doing these moves as this will sculpt you to have tighter abs rather than rounded and prominent ones.
Get into a raised plank and raise your left leg into your chest crossing your knee towards your opposite shoulder then repeat with the other leg. Once you have done this in proper form continue but speed it up almost as if you are running up stairs in this plank position.
Lay on your back with your hands on the floor underneath your bum for support. Bring your heels together and raise your legs together and then lower them, repeat without touching the floor. This will engage your lower ab muscles, be sure to remember to breathe when you do this!
Get into a plank and tap alternate toes outwards then bring them back to the centre.
Cross Body Hand to Hand
Lay on your back in a starfish. Engage your core and lift an arm and the opposite leg and touch them in the middle crossing over your body. Lower slowly and then repeat on the other side.
This is extremely difficult. Get into a high plank, jump your legs out sideways and then jump them back in. This will burn fat and get your heart rate up so be prepared. Do them as quickly as possible but remember to keep your body as straight as possible.
