2. Setting Sun @ Windmill Street

This hidden Hanover gem is a great place to swing by for an after work pint and to absorb the beautiful sunset, (if you catch it in time). The Setting Sun may be hidden away but once you’ve been you won’t forget it. Equipped with a cosy interior and even cosier terrace, you can take in the views of the city with a refreshing drink. If you fancy a bite why not dabble in their delicious twist on a tapas menu, including: Halloumi, pitta with dips, baked camembert, chicken wings and more!

3. The Office @ Sydney Street

Priding themselves on their huge gin menu, The Office is another great place to swing by for an after work drink or two. Whether you fancy a classic G&T or want to mix it up with a gin-inspired cocktail, there will be something to suit you here. If gin’s not for you then don’t fear, they do offer local beers and ciders too. Situated in the heart of the North Laine, you’ll be leaving the office only to go straight to another one…

4. Marlborough Pub & Theatre @ Prince’s Street

A staple in Brighton’s lively scene, The Marlborough Pub & Theatre is a lovely local pub to go and grab a quick drink in. A historic venue, having been associated with Brighton’s LGBT community since 1970s, everyone should pay a visit to this pub at least once. Located right next to Brighton uni’s Grand Parade campus, this is also a great place to grab a post-uni pint when term is in session. If you get hungry while you’re there why not give their food a go? Their kitchen’s run by the renowned Vegan Food Pimp.
