This Spring will see the launch of a brand new market at The Level, with organisers hoping the stalls will return every month.
The Level Spring Market will take place on Sunday 2 April in Brighton and Hove’s busiest park and showcase local makers, arts and crafts, vintage wares, local produce and a selection of hot food vendors.
A spokesperson for The Level Spring Market said: “As many of you will know, the Level is the crossroads for the many communities that make up the most densely populated area of Brighton and Hove.
“There are 50,000 households within a 15 minute walk of the park, giving traders the best opportunity to sell their wares to larger crowds.
“Our ambition for the new monthly market is quite simple – to promote makers, traders and organisations from across Brighton and Hove and to provide everyone involved with a regular platform in one of Brighton’s most vibrant and busiest public spaces.”
The Mayor of Brighton & Hove will be attending the launch event.
Stalls cost from £40 a pitch and applications are open now.
