Gorgeous Banana Pancakes – No Sugar, No Flour

Banana Pancakes 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil
  • Two eggs

Put the banana along with oatmeal, eggs and cinnamon into a blender and blend until moist. Add a little milk to get the thickness of the dough to your liking. Heat the coconut oil on a pan and pour out the batter to create four little rounded pancakes. Fry both sides until you have finished all the batter. Enjoy!
