Testing GF: Betty Crocker Gluten Free Cookies

Okay these cookies were insanely easy to make, and I must say insanely easy to eat! They were so yummy. As with all gluten free cooking, it can be really hard to strike a good balance of ingredients. Sadly these cookies do have milk in which means they aren’t dairy free but gluten free mixes are stepping up with this new range by Betty Crocker.
The cookies themselves smelt amazing in the oven and gave you everything you could possibly want from a chocolate chip cookie. Although they were a tad crumbly that is just how gluten free cooking goes. The chocolate chips were warm and melty and the outside of the cookie had a nice crunch whilst the inside was chewy and soft.
