Youtube has become a hub for fitness guru’s, work out routines and people helping you get the body you want. Blogilates has 498 videos on her Youtube channel, she curates short fitness routines that she does along with you for support and creates monthly workout regimes to keep you on track. HIIT is something called high intensity interval training. It means giving 100% of your effort to quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods which keeps your heart rate up and burns fat quickly. This is so easy to do on the street, in your local park or even in your bedroom depending on the type of HIIT session you decide to do.
Run, okay you’ve heard this before. Running won’t burn all the fat you are looking to burn but it is good cardio and generally improves your fitness level, and if you don’t know where to start running is fabulous. You can listen to songs or podcasts whilst running and in Brighton you cannot beat running along the sea front.
Yoga is another thing you can do from home! This may be a little more difficult if you have never done yoga before, but as I mentioned before youtube is a great place to start. There are tutorials and people who will work through the moves with you. Yoga is amazing to do right before bed to relax or to stretch your body. The youtube channel Yoga with Adrienne has yoga for whatever your mood or profession.
The idea is just to get out and be active and listen to what your body wants, that high from exercise is so worth the effort.
