Sons of Bill And Carl Anderson @ Hope and Ruin – Monday 13 August

Come down to the Hope and Ruin this Monday evening and see Virginian Americana Indie pop band Sons of Bill play songs off their new record “Oh God Ma’am.” Hailing from Charlottesville,Virginia, this band will be joined by fellow Charlottesville and Americana artist Carl Anderson, providing a great evening of entertainment!

Astpai @ Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar, – Tuesday 14 August

Austrian punk legends Astpai are back in Brighton this week for the first time since 2015, playing Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar this Tuesday. The punk rock band will be playing tunes from their new album ‘True Capacity’, and support comes from the fantatstic Harker from Brighton, who will be offering Fuzz Punk straight from the south coast. With both of these acts, this promises to be a great evening of live music!

Tony Humphries @ The Green Door Store – Wednesday 15 August

The Green Door Store are putting on a hip-hop open mic night this Wednesday, which will see new wave Hip Hop rapper Tony Humphries from Guildford, take to the stage. Humphries, who has already established himself as a rare breed of talented freestyler, last year played his first session for BBC Introducing. Other special guests for the evening include:Harvs Le Toad, Finnakey and C.A.M.

The Survival Code @ Latest Music Bar – Thursday 16 August

Two piece rock band The Survival Code, will be providing audiences at ‘The Latest Music Bar’ this Thursday with their rocking riffs, energetic performances and smashing drum sounds. Following hot on the heels of the EP BROKEN STRINGS in 2017, which was regularly featured on KERRANG! & Planet Rock radio, the lads will be performing songs from heir new 2018 album, that will get you up and rocking on this Thursday eve.

Dizraeli @ Fortune of War – Friday 17 August

Rapper, poet and multi-instrumentalist Dizraeli from Bristol, performs a 5 hour DJ set across genres this Friday at the Fortune of War.This exclusive set will see Dizraeli spinning songs from the worlds of hip-hop world, soul, grime, garage, jungle and all good things in-between. With special guests and nothing but good vibes until late, this is not an event to be missed!
