This night will be like no other, and with this we don’t kid. This is because the Brighton Groove Project is a night open to all musicians and lovers of music. All the music is improvised upon a riff or simple chord progression with a groove used as a guide. One member will start with a key and eventually everyone joins in to bring their own sounds to the mix. The whole idea is everybody is welcome to come along and improvise. So get down to The Latest Music Bar and start mixing melodic beats with other groovy Brightoners. Very much funk meets jazz.
