Police Greatly Concerned For Woman Missing in the Sussex Area
Police are making an appeal to the public, as they seek to find a woman who has gone missing. 32-year-old Sarah Brill has been missing since the evening of the 17th of July. She is a resident of Bolney in West Sussex.
She was last seen at her home, before 7pm, but left minutes after this. She was said to have been “wearing blue pyjama bottoms with a pink flower pattern, and a vest top.” Since then, police have not received news of her whereabouts, sparking worries.
She is around 5’4″, white, of a slim build, and has long blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police have already cast their nets wide in this case. They have launched a series of widespread searches, and are also working with a volunteer group. Sussex Search and Rescue aid local search investigations, and have been involved heavily so far.
West Sussex Missing Persons Team’s Sergeant Darren Lane eased concerns about the nature of Sarah’s disappearance “There are currently no suspicious circumstances around Sarah’s disappearance.”
However, according to Lane, she was not in the best state and this had been a spontaneous act: “she had been unwell recently and does not appear to have made any preparations to leave.”
Lane made a plea to anyone who can give help to Sussex Police in these investigations: “If you have seen Sarah in the central mid-Sussex area or wider afield since early on Tuesday evening, or if you have any information about where she might be, please contact us right away on 101 or online, quoting serial 1231 of 17/07.”
