Brighton has another jam packed schedule this weekend, so as always we’ve curated the best things for you to get up to! From dance classes to art court openings there’s something for everyone.

SheSays Brighton, Digital Festival Special – Friday 14th September

Global organisation, SheSays, are putting on an evening of talks from 5 amazing women in the digital industry, to speak about their experiences, in accordance with Brighton Digital Festival. A must for everyone in the industry.

Funny Girls @ Caroline of Brunswick – Friday 14th September

This Friday Upstairs @ Caroline of Brunswick will see some of the funniest girls in Brighton take to the stage, including Edinburgh Fringe 2018 Best Newcomer Nominee, Maisie Adam.

All Day Swing Dance Class – Saturday 15th September

Brighton Lindyhoppers are hosting a day long dance class, for those who want to master the art of swing dancing in just one day! Complete beginners are welcome, as the professionals promise to start you off with the very basics, and kick start your love of Lindy Hop!

Brighton Dome Heritage Open Day – Saturday 15th September

This Saturday, Brighton Dome will open it’s doors to visitors for the first time since the recent restoration began, in order to showcase the works so far as well as give visitors the opportunity to learn more about the buildings rich history.

Launch of UK’s First Art Court – Sunday 16th September

Local artist Lois O’Hara, creator of the amazing seafront rainbow crossing (above), has created the UK’s first ever, fully functioning art court. Basketball England will be there to show off their skills, but all are welcome to try out the beautiful new court – the first players to arrive will receive free basketballs! Vegan Cookery Class @ The Cowley Club – Sunday 16th September

The perfect opportunity to learn new recipes, share your own tips or simply meet up with other vegan cooking lovers. The day will comprise of a combination of demonstrations, hands on tasks and group work, all rounded off with a delicious vegan feast!
