The bank holiday was no exception for them and they posted images from Baked Hove which featured Charly Cook who specialises in the craze we have seen all over Facebook…rolled ice-cream!
The aesthetically pleasing treat is perfect on a hot day like today. The ice-cream is made by placing the ingredients on a cold slab and mashing them together and smoothing them out to form a thin layer which is then rolled into rolls of ice-cream.
It looks absolutely scrumptious, we can’t wait to try it!
