Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of goalkeeper Matt Turner from Arsenal.
The 29-year-old USMNT international has signed a four-year contract and could make his debut against his former club on Saturday, when Forest kicks off the Premier League season in the Emirates.
Turner has 32 caps and moved to North London last summer from Major League Soccer, where he made 111 appearances for the New England Revolution.
He made seven appearances for Arsenal last season as a substitute for Aaron Ramsdale and will be keen to establish himself in the Premier League with Forest.

Forest remain in daily contact with Manchester United about a deal to bring Dean Henderson back to City, following his loan spell at Forest last season.
The club are keen to ensure they have two quality options between the posts, after seeing Henderson ruled out for most of the second half of the season with a thigh injury – from which he is still recovering.
The departure of Henderson and Keylor Navas – who has returned to Paris Saint-Germain – at the end of his loan spell has left a huge void at Forest to fill this summer.
But the takeover of Turner means they will go into the new campaign with international target experience.
“When I heard there was interest in bringing me here, I felt it was a good fit for my family, and I felt comfortable having my agent talk to me about it and it felt like the right move for me now,” Turner said.
“The manager and the back-room staff, everything about the club has some sparkle to it. I’m looking forward to connecting with my team-mates, the fans and the city.”
Forest are hoping to complete a deal to sign Henderson once he is close to fitness. He could potentially return on loan, with an obligation or option to buy the 26-year-old.
Forest also have Wayne Hennessy and another American player, Ethan Horvath, on their books. It is likely that Horvath will be allowed to move on, while the Wales international will be allowed
Hennessy will continue to provide competition and cover.
George Chifley, who impressed during pre-season, will be allowed out on loan to gain experience.
