Cash App customers can now claim more than $2,500 each in a $15 million settlement. Here’s how.

Cash App customers may be able to claim more than $2,500 each as part of a $15 million class action settlement over data and security breaches at the mobile payment service.

People whose accounts were accessed without their permission or who made fraudulent withdrawals or transfers can file claims, provided they had or currently had an account between August 23, 2018 and August 20, 2024, according to the settlement. Website.

The site added that customers can also claim up to three hours of lost time, at a rate of $25 per hour.

Additionally, Cash App users can file a claim for transaction losses. These claims also require documents such as a copy of a police report.
