Marty McFly and Doc Brown are tearing apart the space-time continuity once again – and it’s just as emotional as ever…especially all these years later.
Michael J Fox And the Christopher Lloyd Saturday’s reunion at the Big Apple during the “Back to the Future” panel at New York Comic Con… And when the two former actors met on stage, they greeted each other with a big hug, to thunderous applause from the crowd.
Check out the clip… you see MJF there alone at first, sitting on the couch and then pops up again when Chris comes out, wrapping him in open arms.
It’s a very sweet moment, and you can tell it means a lot to both of them – especially the way Mike got in to cuddle. Then, they sat down and chopped it up… They were said to be telling old stories about the trilogy, but especially about Pt. 1 (classic).
Michael reportedly said at one point… “You guys have given me my whole life,” adding a touching nugget about his Parkinson’s disease. Mike said, “The best thing that’s ever happened in my life is this thing. Parkinson’s disease is a gift. I’ve told people it’s a gift and they say, ‘You’re crazy.'” ‘ I say, ‘Yes, but it’s the gift you keep taking.’ But it’s a gift and I wouldn’t change it for anything… It’s not about what I have, it’s about what I was given.”
BTW, there is a musical “BTTF” that will be on Broadway next year. The word… it’s wonderful.
