Nintendo expands Switch Online’s GBA library with three more titles

Nintendo today released a brand new update to the Switch Online Game Boy Advance library. The update adds three colorful action games starring Starfy, who you may recognize from The Legendary Starfy on the DS.

These three GBA games, developed by Tose, were previously exclusive to Japan. Star density Originally released in 2002This was followed by the second match. 2003 The third game was released in 2004Here’s a quick tutorial on Starfy, courtesy of Nintendo:

Star density – No sleep until Bufftop! A sudden storm causes Starfy, the prince of the floating sky kingdom Bufftop, to fall from his high-altitude home into the sea below. Fortunately, he is saved by an old lobster named Looper who sets the beloved hero on a remarkable journey back to Bufftop. However, the road home is fraught with danger, and Starfy will need to use a variety of abilities – including Star Spin and Glide – and vehicles like the powerful Mole Tank, to overcome the challenges that await him. Ogura – the villain from the first game – is back for revenge on Starfy, and this time he has Mama Starfy in his sights. With his best friend Moi in tow and many challenges to face, Starfy has his work cut out for him.

Star density 3 – Join Starfy’s sister, Starly, and Moe in their third adventure on the Game Boy Advance! Discover the truth behind the mysterious villain who’s been pulling the strings of the Ogura all this time and stop their evil plans once and for all. Swim with the star-studded siblings and save the day across action-packed stages with the help of familiar friends, including… Wario?! You read that right: Wario meets Starfy and Starly To help them get through the underwater ruins in Stage 8 (while searching for treasure, of course), so be sure to check them out.
