SEATTLE-TAC, Wash. – A potential cyberattack has impacted the Port of Seattle’s internet and web networks, affecting systems throughout Seattle-Tac Airport.
According to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the Port of Seattle “experienced certain system outages indicating a possible cyber attack earlier this morning.”
Passengers are urged to contact their airlines for the latest information about their flights.

SeaTac first reported the outage around 9 a.m. Saturday, before suggesting the outage could be a potential cyberattack around 1:30 p.m.
The port reportedly isolated critical systems and is working to restore full service, reassuring concerned passengers:

KIRO 7 spoke to a Seatac Airport spokesperson, who said there is currently no estimated time for restoration.
