Simone Biles reacts to her husband, saying he's more of a “catch” than the Olympic wife

Simone Biles stands by her husband, Jonathan Owens, after his comment about being more “attractive” than the four-time Olympic champion sparked outrage from fans.

“🤞🏾💋 for life,” she wrote under the Green Bay Packers player’s name Instagram share Friday, echoing his sentiment that he and his gymnast wife are “not bothered” by all the backlash.

“Just know we're locked in here 🤞🏽,” Owens added alongside a series of snaps of the two.

Bills also took to Her Instagram After the explosion to post an adorable photo from their wedding day.

“Mood,” the Olympian captioned a photo of them making smug faces.

Owens originally caught fire after claiming the pair's recent joint appearance on Channel A “pivotal” podcast. That he was the prize to win in their relationship.

“I always say guys are the catch,” the NFL pro said.

Elsewhere in the interview, Owens also claimed that he didn't know who Biles was before meeting her.

In response to the controversial interview, one fan tweeted: “Interview with Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens is so embarrassing. I can't believe she let him talk about their relationship like this 🚩🚩.”

Another wrote: “If everyone calls you @Simone_Biles' husband… you're not the catch,” while a third quipped: “I had to Google Jonathan Owens, but I didn't have to Google Simone Biles.”

Biles (26 years old) and Owens (28 years old) They announced their relationship In August 2020, they married nearly three years later in a courthouse in Houston.

In May, the couple held an intimate ceremony among close friends and family in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
