SpaceX is set for a night launch in California.  How to watch – NBC Los Angeles

A SpaceX rocket is scheduled to fly over the coast of Southern California after liftoff at 11:04 p.m. Monday from Vandenberg Space Force Base northwest of Santa Barbara.
