Attention is turning to Microsoft (MSFT) and Meta Platforms (META) as the next members of the “Magnificent Seven” tech companies are set to report their third-quarter earnings.
To discuss the outlook for industry leaders, Vance Howard, Howard Capital Management CEO and Chief Investment Officer, joins Wealth!
Howard believes investors should add to all the “magnificent seven” names, calling them “the most interesting part of the market,” including Tesla Inc (TSLA), despite its recent stumbles.
“Everyone is worried about these ‘Great Seven,’ but they are driving this market to a higher level and creating some of the most interesting and dynamic products and services,” says Howard. He adds that these tech giants are “making big money.”
Regarding the transformative impact of AI on these names, Howard likened it to golf, saying that if we were on an 18-hole course, AI would still be “on the first hole.” Although he acknowledges that there is still significant work to be done in AI, Howard remains “incredibly optimistic” about its long-term potential.
