Last weekend, Tom Cruise confirmed that he is Swifty. Or at least it seemed that way. Cruise was in attendance at the Eras Tour show on Saturday, June 22 at Wembley Stadium in London.
On the other hand, his daughter returned to the United States and graduated from high school. So why couldn’t Cruz attend her graduation ceremony?
Tom Cruise missed his daughter’s high school graduation, but was able to attend the Eras Tour the next day.
People magazine reported Suri Cruise graduated from high school in New York on Friday, June 21.
Katie Holmes was in attendance at the party and was seen “taking photos” with her daughter afterward, according to the outlet. Meanwhile, Cruz was absent.
Eras’ tour certainly didn’t stop him from attending Suri’s graduation ceremony. After all, there is a five-hour time difference between New York and London, with New York lagging behind. If the graduation ceremony had occurred virtually at 5:00pm on a Friday, it would have been 10:00pm in London at the same time.
So, Cruise had plenty of time to attend the graduation ceremony and Eras Tour show of his choice.
Again, all these calculations seem really unnecessary. If Cruz wanted to be there for his daughter, he could have skipped the Eras tour altogether. As a celebrity, it wasn’t as difficult for him to get tickets to another show as a normal person would.
Instead, Cruise spent the weekend with other celebrities and Swift fans.
Swift’s show on Saturday in London was known for being star-studded.
People magazine said so In addition to Swift’s boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, there were famous faces like Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Greta Gerwig, Hugh Grant, Rachel Ziegler, Liam Hemsworth, and Jamie Dornan.
During most of the show, Cruise could be seen in the VIP tent near Kelsey. However, he also ventured out into the public at some point.

Another TikTok creator, JhoanneShe filmed her experience throwing a friendship bracelet at Cruz as he was standing in the VIP tent.
It has allegedly been years since Cruz has seen his daughter.
Perhaps not surprisingly, Cruz was absent from Suri’s graduation. According to Page SixFather and daughter have not seen each other since 2012.
“This is a regular citizen girl,” their source said. “She did not live her life in public.”
Page Six reported that Suri and Cruise were last seen together on a trip to Disney World in July 2012, nearly 12 years ago.
The long period during which Cruise reportedly did not see his daughter gave rise to rumors of a rift. This potential rift could explain one choice Suri made recently.
People magazine reported that in her graduation program, Suri’s name was listed as “Suri Noel” instead of “Suri Cruise.”
This is not the first time Suri has used the name Suri Noel. Yes! A magazine reported this When Suri was cast in the Broadway production of “Head Over Heels,” she used the name Suri Noelle in the playbill.
Noel is Holmes’ middle name, according to OK! magazine. The name change appears to be a nod to the single mother who raised Suri alone for most of her life.
Just as with most things in celebrity life, we’ll probably never know for sure what the real circumstances were between Cruise and his daughter. While all we can do is speculate, it seems suspicious that he was missing from such an important event in her life.
