Brighton Dome has been a performance venue for 150 years, and it is searching for memories from those years to be submitted to mark the anniversary.
The submissions will inform the new heritage displays that will be in the re-furbished buildings that will reopen in 2018.
Brighton Dome has been many things in its time, it was originally designed as the Prince Regent’s riding stables, it was then converted into a concert and assembly hall in 1867. It has also been a roller skating rink, and a hospital for soldiers in WW1.
So if you have memories from Brighton Dome’s rich history, maybe you saw Pink Floyd perform or one of your ancestors were around to witness the early jazz pioneers.
