Teenager in Horsham Sustains Injury in Attempted Robbery

Police are appealing for any information relating to an attempted robbery that took place in Horsham.

The incident occurred at about 8.30pm on Tuesday 6th February. An 18-year-old man was approached by two men while walking down an alleyway between Victoria Street and Park Terrace East. The men then demanded he hand over his wallet and mobile phone.

The victim refused to comply and continued on walking, before he was punched several times in the face, and sustained facial injuries.

The perpetrators then proceeded to run away, heading in the direction of Victoria Street.

Both suspects are described as white, wearing all black clothing. They had hoods over their heads as well as gloves. One of them wore black Nike trainers with a white tick.
