Denise Austin, 66, wears a red swimsuit as she only engages in 30 minutes of exercise a day: ‘I really believe you can go all in’
Dennis Austin has been working out for 30 minutes every day for 40 years.
The 66-year-old fitness guru — a former member of the President’s Council on Fitness and Sports — explains that she does several exercises throughout the week to maintain her strength and keep her heart in good shape.
Then she reminded others that there was “no excuse” for not doing the same.
I told Fox News DigitalIt’s true—I’ve been doing 30-minute workouts for 40 years. I really believe that in 30 minutes you can get through everything.
So some days of the week I do 30 minutes of cardio to burn fat and work on (my) heart – it’s a muscle.

And then on the other three days, I do toning and stretching for 30 minutes to keep going [my] Strong abdominal muscles … to keep the body strong, toned and taut.
‘We found it by searching.’ [that] It turns out 30 minutes most days of the week is a great amount of time to get a great workout.
“It can take 30 minutes of walking outdoors… so there is no excuse.”
Denise — who is married to former professional tennis player Jeff Austin and has two daughters Katie and Kelly with him — went on to add that she would even fit in a 30-minute workout before a school run when her kids were little.
She advised that those who struggle could break their workouts into smaller portions.
She added, “When the kids were little, I used to get up before [they] I wake up.
“Before I would cook them breakfast and send them off to school, I would get it done… Sometimes I would get it done in the morning or, all day long, I would do it for 10 minutes.

Does it look appetizing? She told Fox News Digital: ‘It’s true — I’ve been doing a 30-minute workout for 40 years. I really believe that in 30 minutes you can get through everything. “So some days of the week I do 30 minutes of cardio to burn fat and work on[my heart]— it’s a muscle.”
You can do three 10-minute exercises. You can (do) accumulate 30 minutes a day and that’s great too.
On Memorial Day, she wore a red one-piece bathing suit while standing in the doorway of a mansion.
