Travis Kelce’s old tweets have resurfaced online, and some Swifties are here for it

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s viral public relationship has taken over the internet. Now, so are some of Kelsey’s old tweets.

On Wednesday, several Kansas City Chiefs social media posts dating back to 2010 were reposted on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter), where many of Swift’s fans seemed genuinely amused.

Many people online seemed intrigued by Kelsey’s humor and early misspellings. Some of his old musings became memes.

Among the many viral reshares was a 2011 post in which Kelsey observed a squirrel’s behavior after giving it a piece of bread. He spelled the words “squirrel” and “chunk” incorrectly.

“I just gave a squirrel a piece of bread and it smashed it all!!!! I had no idea they ate bread like that! Haha #crazy,” he said in Tweet.

A Taylor Swift fan account placed Kelsey’s 2011 comment alongside Swift’s lyrics from the extended re-recording of her 2012 song “All Too Well.”
