Microsoft is set to launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox Game Pass later this month.
Call of Duty 2023 will be the first of the old Call of Duty games to come to Xbox Game Pass. Developed by Sledgehammer Games, the game has received generally positive reviews from the community, but critics found its single-player content to be too short and lackluster.
It is understood that the announcement could come today, and it is believed that this was the original plan to increase and change the prices of the Xbox Game Pass service. The price of the subscription service has increased by up to 25% in some regions.
Starting July 10, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will increase from $16.99 to $19.99 per month, an increase of $3. PC Game Pass subscriptions will increase from $9.99 to $11.99 per month and will continue to give you access to day one releases.
Insider Gaming was unable to verify an exact release date by press time, but multiple sources have indicated it will be in the latter half of this month. Last week, several new claims suggested that older Activision games would start arriving on the subscription service later this month, including Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy.
