Anti-Israel protesters menacingly chanted “We’ll arrest you” outside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Big Apple hotel on Thursday night, a day before he was expected to speak at the United Nations.
Unruly protesters gathered outside the Loews Regency New York Hotel on Park Ave. And E. 62nd St. That’s where they said Netanyahu is staying, according to photos and videos on social media.

The Prime Minister arrived in the city on Thursday ahead of his speech to the UN General Assembly as Israel’s military campaign against Hamas in Gaza, sparked by the October 7 terrorist attack, approaches one year.
More than two dozen people were arrested in Manhattan on Thursday morning during a protest against Netanyahu’s visit to the city.
Thursday night’s protests began near Grand Central Station before demonstrators moved north, approaching the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
There, the authorities guarded the front steps of the institution with their bicycles.
Police and a handful of protesters clashed, including one person who was handcuffed during the confrontation, according to footage captured by The Post.
The anti-Israel mob clashed with police again as the protest moved toward the Upper East Side hotel.
A number of people were reportedly arrested To social media shots.
Police later attempted to evacuate the area in front of the hotel. At least one person was detained after part of the building was sprayed with paint.
The NYPD said several people were arrested, but did not have an exact number.
