Pokemon Go In the middle of the anniversary event. And what Pokémon experience would be complete without the emergence of an inept evil team trying to spoil everyone’s fun?
To celebrate the game’s sixth anniversary, Niantic is hosting a Battle Weekend event along with Anniversary Even 2022. This means that players will get loads of Go Battle League and Team Go Rocket related rewards and content to take advantage of on July 9 and 10.
This includes battling more Go Rocket Grunts, novice Pokémon gaining access to their final base moves, and new Shadow Pokémon such as Shadow Latios and Shadow Luxray making their debut. Just be prepared to challenge Giovanni and his top managers to get the most out of Battle Week.
In addition, the timed branching quest and the event’s exclusive special quest will also be supplemented. Below are all the quests and rewards associated with both.
