Colombia: Shots fired at Vice President Francia Marquez’s car | The officer was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

The vehicle that regularly carries Colombia’s Vice President Francia Marquez was attacked by gunmen in her absence.On a highway in Kaka Division, there is a senior officer.

“I was briefed by my security and safety team that the main vehicle of the Vice President’s motorcade, which I usually travel with. “Struck by a projectile, apparently from a firearm (…) which penetrated the interior of the vehicle without causing any injury to the occupants.”Marquez said in a statement on Wednesday.
