He will be taken to hospital for evaluation for at least 72 hours. They do not have charges for his arrest at this time but said that could change if Cincinnati police bring charges. Cincinnati police say the investigation is a multidisciplinary investigation and no one has yet been charged. Law enforcement officers, including the SWAT team, are at the scene, and some employees who spoke with WLWT say they arrived at the building without knowing it was closed. A female employee tells us that she is already inside the building and is allowed to stay inside but can leave if she wants, and that’s a developing story. WLWT sent a reporter to the scene.
