New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave was arrested Monday night in Kenner. Kenner Police received complaints from residents about speeding in the area. Officers clocked a Dodge Charger traveling 7 mph in a 35 mph zone. The car was seen driving recklessly and maneuvering between lanes and around other drivers. The police stopped the driver and confirmed that the driver was Olaf. He was placed under arrest on charges of violating the Kenner city code and reckless operation of a vehicle. We’re told Olaf did not resist arrest and cooperated with police. Olaf was released from the Kenner City Jail at 11:30 p.m. In a statement, Kenner police said: “New Orleans Saints player Chris Olave was arrested tonight on a charge of reckless operation, city law, driving 70 mph in a 35 mph zone. The accident occurred in the 1700 block of Joe Winnie Boulevard. Union NFL. This season, Olave has 39 receptions for 471 yards and one touchdown. The Saints are 3-4 overall and travel to play the Colts in Indianapolis this weekend.

Olave was a 2022 first-round pick out of Ohio State University and is considered one of the NFL’s rising stars of the future.
This season, Olave has 39 receptions for 471 yards and one touchdown.
The Saints are 3-4 overall and travel to play the Colts in Indianapolis this weekend.
