Marcelo Longobardi’s response to Javier Milei: “Milei uses insults as a method”
This Monday, Marcelo Lombardi responded to Javier Mille’s post on social networks, where he insulted him and Carlos Bagni. “Don’t forget these two bastard sons, today they are crying for nothing,” reads a pamphlet distributed by the president.
The journalist decided to respond with a comment on his YouTube channel, where he said he had sent a message to the president.
“Miley uses lies, fake news, and de-contextualization as a method to incite the anger that feeds politics not only in Argentina, but in many parts of the world,” he observed.
Longobardi said the president “exaggerates vulgarity” and listed a series of insults he regularly uses in his comments or posts on social networks.
“Anger has become an input in politics and media, and Miley uses anger as a method, as a process, as a method of building power,” he said. He said he did it with Diego Leuco, Juana Viale, JoaquĆn Morales Zola, Jorge Fontevecchia, Luis Novaresio.
Finally, he recounted a comment sent to him on WhatsApp to which there was no response from the President, saying he had no right to insult him. However, Miley never responded to him.
“I doubt whether we are in the presence of a historical actor who uses anger, irritation, insults as an input to politics, or an alienated person who has no capacity to respond to a message,” Longobardi concluded.
“Introvert. Thinker. Problem solver. Evil beer specialist. Prone to fits of apathy. Social media expert. Award-winning food fanatic.”
