SpaceX’s Falcon 9 has been cleared to return to regular flight operations after a mishap a few weeks ago, the Federal Aviation Administration announced in a statement. The Federal Aviation Administration has reviewed and accepted the findings of SpaceX’s investigation and corrective actions for the mishap that occurred with the Crew-9 mission on September 28. The FAA previously closed SpaceX-led investigations on October 11 into the Falcon 9 accidents. With Starlink 9-3 on July 11 and Starlink 8-6 on August 28.
