Appearing to snap padded footage in front of frequent hosts Alyssa Farah and Stephanie Grisham on Friday, “The View” criticized former Trump officials who tried to clean up their reputation on the show as “recovering junkies,” and they weren’t commendable.
The hosts opened the show to discuss whether former Vice President Mike Pence’s actions to remain inside the Capitol during this January 6 attack Was she considered “heroic” or not.
Whoopi Goldberg was skeptical, saying his “job” was to survive and ratify the election. Ana Navarro also gave a compliment to Pence, saying that he should be “praised” for his actions that day because his life was threatened, but that did not justify his “complicity” in his loyalty to the former president.
But Joy Behar has sought foul talk toward any former Trump official who went to The View to run it their former boss.

“Exactly. Those people who are now all, like recovering addicts — recovering addicts in the Trump world that comes in, even on this show. They come on this show and they go on other shows and they suddenly turn on Trump,” she quipped.
“Where were you all that time when he was talking about taking women from their nether regions? When he made fun of war hero John McCain? When he criticized soldiers for being cowards?” criticized.
Behar’s comments appear to be aimed in part at former White House officials Alyssa Farah and Stephanie Grisham, who often occupy the place of hosting “conservative” guests on the show.
Anna Navarro also mocked the former White House officials who put Ukrainian flags in their Twitter profiles amid the Russian invasion of the country, citing Trump’s 2019 phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
And Behar added, “I mean, it’s just a disgrace. We’re dealing with all of them, don’t try to fool us.”

in A may appear in “The View”, Former Trump administration official Kellyanne Conway called Farah, after guest host Conway asked how she could support their former president.
“I think people should know that since you’ve changed,” Conway told her. She later hinted that Farah had changed her tune towards Trump so she could get a job at CNN.
“Alyssa, if you somehow say that you think we’re supposed to believe you saw the light and you just don’t see your name in the lights, it’s not fair,” she joked.
