Get To See The Best Of Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Before They Do!
Who doesn’t like seeing shows before other people do? More than sixty comedians must have thought the same because they have decided to give you a preview of the shows they will put on stage at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.
Having launched the 17th of June with a comedy performance of Colin Hault, aka Anna Mann, the Edinburgh Previews at Brighton’s Komedia will still run until the 1st of August and the best is yet to come with big name comedy acts from TV and radio, as well as new talents who have only just set foot on the comedy stage!
TV comedy star Shappi Khorsandi will make you laugh till you cry with her new show ‘Mistress and Misfit’, telling the story of England’s unsung heroine Emma, also known as Lady Hamilton. She will be preceeded by no other than Tom Lucy who will take the other half of the double bill with his highly anticipated debut show at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.
If you know BBC2 show House of Fools, you will probably know him as well. Norwegian comic Daniel Simonsen will share a double-bill with Joe Barnes and Henry Perryment, aka Goodbear. This sketch duo will take you on a discovery journey through a strange mysterious hotel.
‘Don’t Worry They’re Here’. Who is They? Stand up comic John Kearns will make you find out with a preview of his latest work in progress before he will have to leave the stage to Pat Cahill. Equipped with hair gel, musk, and a dry-cleaned suit, he finally wants to make it into the universe of the cool.
Haven’t found a comedian you know yet? Well, here are some more: Joey Page, Lucy Porter, Carl Donnelly… You name it!
