Welcome to Week 3. Are you enjoying the game so far? Do you have enough healthy players on your roster? I hope you don’t give up on the season, even if you’ve lost two games.
Remember, even though your Fantasy team may be a MASH unit right now, you’re not alone. With all the stars affected, many Fantasy managers are dealing with the same issues.
Everyone is heading to the waiver wire to get players like Derek Carr, Carson Stille, Quentin Johnston and Mike Gesicki as potential starters. Fantasy managers are making some crazy trades. And we’re all putting Band-Aids on our rosters at times just to keep going.
But that’s why we play Fantasy Football – to manage a team’s roster. That’s the fun of being a general manager. You get to overcome adversity and try to keep winning.
Hopefully things will improve this week and it would be great if we didn’t have any more injuries. So keep going, keep the faith and focus on winning the trophy (is that enough cliché?).
It’s a long season, and you can still manage to make it to the playoffs and eventually win the championship. Let’s get started.

With Kenneth Walker III (oblique injury) out in Week 2 against New England, Charbonnett stepped into the role of Seahawks and Fantasy manager. Now Charbonnett will do it again in Week 3 against the Dolphins. Against the Patriots, Charbonnett carried the ball 14 times for 38 yards and a touchdown, and added five passes for 31 yards on five attempts. Walker is not expected to play again in Week 3, and this is a great game against Miami. The Dolphins’ Week 1 duo of Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby ran for 24 times, 117 yards and a touchdown, plus two passes for 15 yards on three attempts. Then James Cook and Ray Davis carried the ball 20 times for 107 yards and two scores and had two receptions for 16 yards and one score in Week 2. I like Charbonnet as a top-10 running back in the league in Week 3, and he should be a dominant performer in Walker’s place again.

Pirates (vs Denver)
The Broncos have scored one offensive touchdown in two games, and Bo Nix has been stopped four times and has thrown four interceptions. This should be a good game for the Buccaneers, as Tampa Bay had two interceptions in Week 2 against Jared Goff while holding the Lions to just 16 points.
- Seahawks (vs. Miami)
- Packers (10)
- Bears (in IND)
Eagles (in NO)
The Saints have scored 91 total points in two games against the Panthers and the Cowboys, and the offensive line has allowed just two touchdowns. New Orleans has committed just two fumbles this season, and the Eagles have only recorded three touchdowns and one interception in two games against the Packers and Falcons, while allowing 51 total points.
