Publisher GameMill Entertainment announced today that NASCAR Arcade Rush is set to bring some arcade-inspired racing to the Switch next month as we get closer to it. September 15th.
The game seems to walk the line between a realistic racer and a more party-oriented racer like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Yes, the courses look exotic (each is a twist on a famous NASCAR track) and there are speed boosts and death-defying jumps, but you won’t find any banana peel power-ups here.
Each car is fully customizable, allowing you to drive your ride as you see fit, and there are a plethora of game options in single player mode – “Cup Series”, “Quick Race” and “Time Attack” – as well as the opportunity to play online. However, there isn’t any local multiplayer on Switch which is a missed opportunity if you ask us…
