It’s been a crazy week in the Nintendo world so far, with the supposed design for the Switch’s successor surfacing online.
We’ve already seen images of this larger, slightly more curved design, and now YouTube Channel (XNZ Channel) A “first look” at a 3D printed version of the system was shown. The YouTuber claims to have had the model file “for a while” now.
Keep in mind that this is just a mockup based on the alleged leak and we are waiting for an official announcement from Nintendo. As we mentioned earlier, this could be completely fake, but it is still interesting to see what it looks like next to the current system:
Nintendo previously confirmed that it would announce a “successor” to the Switch in the current fiscal year, which ends in March 2025. Recent rumors have suggested that the announcement could happen much sooner, but a release could still be a long way off.
You can watch the full video of this 3D print below. The video also touches on several other rumors about the Switch 2 including the controllers and the system’s performance. Again, take everything you see and hear here with a grain of salt.
