It is the year 20XX. The story takes place in Neo Tokyo, a futuristic country ruled by deadly games. Groups of teens fight brutal life-or-death battles to reclaim their stolen dreams and freedom.

Players control characters as they adventure through the vibrant “city” of Neo Tokyo, taking down massive enemies to liberate the city. The party consists of three characters who are all fighting on the battlefield simultaneously. Allied units will respond to battle accordingly, attracting enemies and healing allies. When the time is right, you can even unleash a combined attack by all three party members.

Each character has a unique personality, with different strategies and combat styles that change based on the combination of your party members.

in The ninth tribePlayers progress through the story by controlling characters and exploring Neo-Tokyo, encountering battles and various other events on the city’s streets. Along the way, quests come one after another, such as obtaining items from the streets and treasure chests, completing puzzles and other mini-games, and fulfilling the requests of the townsfolk.

Each playable character has their own unique characteristics, reflected in their skills and actions, so you can experience different playstyles depending on the character.

In addition to leveling up your characters, you also have the freedom to decide which stats you want to boost and which equipment you want to use. You can even try building a wizard as an attacker! There are a lot of possibilities, so you can try creating your own original design!
