Well, we just got our first proper look at the Nintendo Museum, thanks to Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto, and at the end of the stream the opening date was confirmed.
This new museum located in Kyoto, Japan will officially open this year in October 2, 2024:
“Nintendo Museum in Kyoto, Japan is scheduled to open on October 2, 2024!”
The museum will feature several historical exhibits, a shop where you can purchase merchandise, a café, and eight interactive experiences supported by a special game ticket.
As part of this announcement, Nintendo is now also accepting entries for October and November ticket raffles.Where you will have the opportunity to reserve tickets. The official website states that tickets will be sold via a “random draw” and must be purchased prior to your visit. You will also need a Nintendo Account to make your reservation. The deadline for registration is August 31, 2024.
