Bayley campaigned for this group to perform at WWE WrestleMania 40

WWE superstar Bayley has once again invited rock band Paramore to play her in the ring later this year at WrestleMania.

The “WWE SmackDown” star recently punched her ticket to WrestleMania 40 with a win in the women's Royal Rumble match. Although she has not yet decided who she wants to face in “The Show of Shows,” she wants Paramore, whose songs she previously wanted to be her theme song, to play her entrance theme in her world title match. She had previously requested to collaborate with the band to create a new musical theme for her Return to the ring in 2022. Bayley also asked Paramore singer Hayley Williams for permission to use the band's song “Simmer” for her entrance at WrestleMania 37, and received the request from Williams. Unfortunately, Bayley was not present for WrestleMania 37 in 2021, while she suffered an injury that kept her out of WrestleMania 38 the following year.

On the “WWE Raw” show after the Royal Rumble, Bayley announced that she will reveal the world champion she wants to face at WrestleMania 40 on the “WWE SmackDown” show this week. The Women's Royal Rumble winner faced the Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley on the red tag, before Nia Jax assaulted Ripley.
