Kelce spoke about this during an appearance on ESPN’s “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has emerged on the grassroots level espn “The Pat McAfee Show” on Thursday afternoon. McAfee’s brand is to push the boundaries and ask questions that other sports talk shows might be too polite not to ask.
It’s no surprise that the topic of his rumored relationship with pop star Taylor Swift was brought up at some point.
“It’s funny how much attention this has gotten already — this is like the old school game called telephone where everyone is whispering in everyone’s ear,” Kelce said as he attempted to dance around the topic, before calling out his older brother Jason, a Philadelphia Eagles center. Kelsey, L Go to a Philadelphia radio station And verify the validity of the rumors. “Especially when you have Jason Kelce live on TV… he doesn’t know… the man can’t stay out of the headlines… everyone please stop asking my brother.”
The Eagles center later walked back his claims, saying, “I don’t know much about what’s going on in Travis’s love life.”
…Which is exactly what you’d say if your little brother was hanging out with Swift, and you opened your big mouth and said something you weren’t supposed to say. Given Travis’ comments, I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets on the phone and tells his big brother to keep his mouth shut before he screws things up.
However, Travis did give Swift what he had to say regarding future collaborations.
“I saw you rocking the stage at Arrowhead; maybe you should come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead. We’ll see what happens in the near future.”
No word on whether she has accepted his invitation and will soon be on hand to watch Travis in action.
