The All State Sugar Bowl organizers announced Wednesday that Garth Brooks is set to headline a new upcoming party over Labor Day weekend. The Allstate Sugar Bowl will host a Country Kickoff music event before the college football season begins. The country star will headline the concert, which will be held at Caesars Superdome on Saturday, September 2.
