A person fell from the stands on the football field during Ohio State University’s graduation ceremony and died Sunday, university officials confirmed.

β€œIt is unfortunate that someone fell from the bleachers and died,” Benjamin Johnson, a university representative, told CNN in an email on Monday, adding that the school had no additional details to share.

The identity of the deceased person is not yet known.
